Silhouette’s official sheets start at $9.99 for the Cameo and Curio, and $7.99 for the Portrait (plus shipping), which are thinner (measuring at 0.2mm) and wear out pretty quickly.

Our vinyls are durable, high-quality, and thicker (measuring at 0.4mm) for optimal protection with identical performance. Starting as low as $8.99 for 4 sheets for the Portrait 4, or $9.99 for 3 sheets on the Cameo 5, 5 Plus or Curio 2.

• 16 Gauge (0.4mm – estimated 1.5-2mm thicker than the stock sheets provided for the ES bed)

    • Note: The flat envelope is a standard shipping parcel mailed flat to avoid creases. Although the sheets are very flexible and durable, they should arrive undamaged despite the envelope possibly folding or bent during delivery, which is out of our control. But we will add a sheet of cardboard to help minimize the bends.

    • 2″D x 13″H (estimated dimensions)
    • Note: The vinyl sheets will be rolled to fit inside a shipping tube. This will provide a sturdier package that can protect the vinyl from folds and bends.

• Based on Silhouettes recommenddations, the Canciano version protective sheets were tested on the 12×12 ES bed connected to the Cameo 5 machine with the following non-porous materials:
  • Tissue paper
  • Heavy card stock
  • Printable vinyl
  • Regular vinyl and HTV
