Due to the nature of our products, all cut items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We understand that this policy may seem stringent, but it allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality and ensure that every product you receive is in perfect condition.

Technical Difficulties:

We understand that technical issues can occasionally arise. If you encounter any problems with a cut item, please reach out to us by clicking here. While we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cut items, we are committed to helping you troubleshoot and resolve any technical difficulties to the best of our ability.

Refunds and Exchanges:

• Refunds and exchanges are only permitted if the item is defective upon review of your claim or within 24 hours after submitting your order. Please contact us immediately by clicking here if you wish to refund after submitting your order.
  
  The item must not have been altered, hammered with nails or screws, applied to construction/projects, or tampered with in any way.
  
  This includes rips, burns, tears, and damages due to accidents, normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, or the natural breakdown of colors, finishes, and materials over time. Additionally, damage caused by improper repair, adjustments, or lack of maintenance is not covered.
  
• Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase must be presented within 7 days for any submitted request.
